About Us
Where It All Began
The idea behind the business was born from my new found love of barbecued food, I got a Big Green Egg barbecue at the beginning of the first national lockdown and spent plenty of time experimenting with lots of different cooks, I was truly blown away by the end results, I really wanted to share this experience with my customers as I it’s bound to impress.
I have worked in high end restaurants and hotels for my whole career and I now want to transfer those skills into a more relaxed and informal style without compromising on attention to detail and quality.
