Meet the Chef

I’m a professional Chef with more than 15 years experience working in high end restaurants, hotels and corporate catering contracts in London and abroad. 

My menus are always based around seasonal ingredients and I strongly believe in supporting small local businesses to source my produce from.  Learning how to cook on the

Big Green Egg has been a game changer for me, the end results are truly exceptional and the flavour profile is next level, it definitely is the King of all Barbecues!
